I lost 7.3 lbs, and 4.5 inches off my waist. I never imagined I could change my body in just 30 days! I'm so excited to keep going, and get stronger. Before, all my pants would hurt around my waistline, and now they fit comfortably with no pain. It's an amazing feeling.

I lost 3 pounds, 1.5 inches around my belly, 1 inch off my hips, and .5 inches around my bust. I am less bloated which feels amazing and I was able to increase most of my weight from the last time I did the program!! ÷ * I am so excited for Next Level to keep the changes coming and get even stronger!!

I lost 10 lbs which was the top end of my goal range!!! Still have another 10 to go but I feel great. Down 2 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips. Swapped out size 12/14 pants for 6/8 and I'm fitting back into most of my pre-pregnancy clothes. I haven't taken an "after" ' photo yet but will try to post that tomorrow. I'm loving seeing everyone's results, it's so inspiring!
